Sokuno Net (hereinafter referred as this system) provides our customers with parts lists for products sold by Chikusui Canycom Inc. (hereinafter referred to as we), thereby making it easier for our customers to search for parts and place orders. This is a members-only service that aims to facilitate business operations and improve services for users of our products.
This system can be used by registering as a system user (hereinafter referred to as a “web member”) after a certain screening by us. Before using the service, please confirm the “Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy “below, fill out the necessary information on the “Registration Application Form” and apply to our company.
１.The use of this system
(１)This system is a members-only service provided to web members. You may not allow any third party to use this system without our permission.
(２) The information provided by this system is used by web members to maintain our products, arrange parts, and provide information to users of our products, and may not copy, modify, or distribute it for any other purpose without our permission.
(３)The contents of the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy may be changed at any time as necessary. When using this system, please refer to the latest Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy posted on this system.
２.ID and password management
(１) In conjunction with the provision of this service, we will issue a user ID and password to the Web member, and the Web member shall strictly manage these. The use of user IDs and passwords by third parties other than members’ officers and employees is prohibited without our permission. Additionally, if your user ID or password has been leaked or there is a risk of being leaked, please contact us immediately. However, we assume no responsibility for any damage caused by leakage or unauthorized use of user IDs and passwords.
(２) If a Web member infringes the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy or engages in inappropriate behavior in refer to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, we will invalidate the Web member’s user ID and password and may prohibit from using the service without prior notice. In this case, we shall not be liable to the Web member or third party for the suspension of service provision.
(３) If there are any changes to the information submitted at the time of application for membership registration, please promptly notify the person in charge of our company.
３.Disclaimer of damages related to the provision of this service
Although we pay close attention to the information provided on this service, we are not responsible for the following: Please note.

(３) Any damage caused by using or not being able to use this service.
(４) Stopping the server, changing information, or discontinuing the provision of information without prior notice. Also, any damage caused thereby.
４.Handling of private information
We will properly manage the unique information that you provide that can identify or specify the web member (hereinafter referred to as private information) with the utmost care. In addition, in order to provide this service, we shall provide private information to our Company and the system administrator designated by us, and Web members shall agree to this in advance.
